EasyTools Studio ("we", "our", or "us") operates the EasyGPSMock mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.

2. Data Collection and Usage

Our App is designed as a developer utility and location privacy tool. We prioritize on-device local processing to protect your privacy.

Location Data & Permissions

To mock your location, the App requires standard Android location permissions (Fine Location, Coarse Location, Background Location, and Access Mock Location).

Local Processing: All simulated coordinates, routes, and bookmark data are processed and stored locally on your device. We do NOT upload, collect, or transmit your simulated locations, bookmarks, or routes to our servers or any third parties.

Health Connect & Google Fit Integration

Our App allows optional synchronization with Health Connect and Google Fit APIs to simulate physical activity (such as walking steps and distance) associated with your mock movement.

Data Accessed: If granted, the App reads and writes steps data, active calories burned, and distance metrics.
Purpose: To synchronize simulated walking workouts generated locally by the App into your personal Health Connect / Google Fit storage.
No Transmission: All health data is processed strictly locally on-device. We do not store your health data on external servers, nor do we share it with any advertisers, brokers, or third parties.
Limited Use Compliance: The App's use of information received from Health Connect adheres to the Google Play Developer Program Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We will only use this data to provide and improve the local fitness simulation feature of the App.

Device Identifiers & Subscription Management

To manage our PRO subscription service and prevent fraudulent account sharing, the App collects your Device Identifier (Android ID) alongside your Google Sign-In information.

Purpose: This identifier is strictly used for account management, verifying purchase eligibility, and enforcing device limits for PRO subscriptions.
No Tracking: We do NOT use your device identifier for advertising, nor do we track your activity across other apps or websites.
Security: This data is securely transmitted to our Firebase database and is only linked to your subscription status.

3. Third-Party Services & SDKs

To support App maintenance, monetization, and analytics, we integrate several trusted Google and third-party SDKs. These service providers may collect and use information according to their own policies:

Google AdMob & Unity Ads

Used for delivering ads in the free version. These networks use advertising identifiers (like AAID) and cookies to show personalized ads. You can manage ad preferences in Android settings.

Firebase Crashlytics & Analytics

Used to track App crashes, log diagnostics, and identify usage statistics. The data collected is aggregated and anonymous, focusing on device models, OS versions, and App crash traces.

Google Sign-In

Used optionally to link your account for backup features. We only request your email and standard profile info to maintain database backups, and do not share this data.

Google Play Billing

Handles secure transactions for the PRO subscription. We do not store or process your credit card or financial information; all payments are processed securely by Google.

4. Security and Data Retention

Because we do not store your simulated coordinates, route logs, or personal health records on our servers, there is no remote data retention. Any data generated (bookmarks, local GPX paths) is saved in the App's secure private sandbox directory on your device.

If you choose to use the Google Sign-in backup feature, backups are securely stored in your personal Google account or designated Firebase DB, encrypted in transit and at rest. You can delete your backup at any time inside the App settings.

5. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
