By downloading, installing, or using the EasyGPSMock mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). These Terms govern your relationship with EasyTools Studio ("we", "our", or "us"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or install the App.
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to download, install, and use the App on your mobile device strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
You shall not: (a) decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App; (b) modify, adapt, or create derivative works based upon the App; (c) rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer rights to the App; or (d) remove or obscure any proprietary notices of EasyTools Studio.
The App is designed and provided as a developer testing utility, location privacy tool, and coordinate simulator. You are solely responsible for how you choose to use the App.
Many location-based services (LBS) and games (such as Pokémon GO, Pikmin Bloom, ride-hailing services, or corporate check-in apps) have strict policies regarding the use of mock location tools.
User Assumption of Risk: Using a mock location tool may violate the terms of service of these third-party platforms. EasyTools Studio does not endorse or encourage the violation of third-party rules. You acknowledge and agree that using this App may result in account warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans on third-party platforms. You assume all risks and consequences arising from such usage.
We offer a PRO version of the App which removes ads and unlocks unlimited routes and bookmarks.
The App is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, EasyTools Studio, on its own behalf, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We make no warranty or representation that the App will meet your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible with other software or devices, operate without interruption, or be secure or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall EasyTools Studio be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, loss of account access, account bans, or device malfunction) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will post the revised terms on this page. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
